2. Company Formation Services

If your company formation has not yet been submitted to Companies House, you are entitled to a full refund upon written request.

Once a company formation has been submitted to Companies House, no refund can be issued as the service has been delivered and government fees are non-recoverable.
3. Nominee Director Service

Annual nominee director fees are non-refundable once the nominee director has been formally appointed and documentation has been issued.

If you wish to cancel before appointment, a full refund will be issued minus any administration costs incurred.

Cancellation of an ongoing annual service requires 30 days written notice before the renewal date.
4. VAT Registration Service

Standard VAT registration fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to HMRC.

Express fast-track fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
5. Nominee Shareholder Service

Nominee shareholder fees are non-refundable once documentation has been prepared and issued.
6. Registered Office Address

Annual registered office address fees are non-refundable once the address has been assigned to your company.
