1. Our Commitment At Nominee360 we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality UK corporate services. We want every client to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

2. Company Formation Services

  • If your company formation has not yet been submitted to Companies House, you are entitled to a full refund upon written request.

  • Once a company formation has been submitted to Companies House, no refund can be issued as the service has been delivered and government fees are non-recoverable.

3. Nominee Director Service

  • Annual nominee director fees are non-refundable once the nominee director has been formally appointed and documentation has been issued.

  • If you wish to cancel before appointment, a full refund will be issued minus any administration costs incurred.

  • Cancellation of an ongoing annual service requires 30 days written notice before the renewal date.

4. VAT Registration Service

  • Standard VAT registration fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to HMRC.

  • Express fast-track fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

5. Nominee Shareholder Service

  • Nominee shareholder fees are non-refundable once documentation has been prepared and issued.

6. Registered Office Address

  • Annual registered office address fees are non-refundable once the address has been assigned to your company.

7. How to Request a Refund To request a refund where applicable, contact us in writing at: support@nominee360.com

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order reference number

  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 5 business days.

8. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
