3. Agreement By purchasing any service from Nominee360, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

4. Client Obligations By engaging our services you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful

  • You are not using our services for any illegal purpose

  • You will comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations

  • You will complete all required KYC (Know Your Customer) verification

5. Nominee Director Arrangements All nominee director arrangements:

  • Are governed by a legally binding Declaration of Trust

  • Are fully compliant with the Companies Act 2006

  • Are compliant with UK Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations

  • Require the beneficial owner to be registered on the Persons of Significant Control (PSC) register as required by UK law

6. Pricing All prices displayed are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of purchase.

7. Turnaround Times Stated turnaround times (e.g. company formation in 2 hours) are estimates based on normal operating conditions. We cannot guarantee these times in the event of delays at Companies House or other third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability Nominee360 and Amex Executive Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of profit or business opportunity

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
